Specialized Support

Personalized. Inclusive. Solutions-Focused.

At Rooted Recovery & Wellness, we believe learning new skills can help you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to what matters most. Our online groups and supplementary support services offer a welcoming, non-judgmental space to learn and practice tools that can help you navigate life’s ups and downs with more confidence and clarity.

  • Why Our Groups Are Different

    • Developed by Senior Clinicians: Our groups are developed by senior clinicians with intensive training and expertise in DBT, ACT, and transdiagnostic approaches to care.

    • Led by Clinicians: Our groups are screened and led by therapists and healthcare providers.

    • Small Groups for Connection: We intentionally keep group sizes small so everyone has the space to share, ask questions, and feel heard.

    • Tailored to the Group’s Needs: While we follow a structured curriculum, our facilitators adapt examples and discussions to make them relevant to your goals and life experiences.

    • Rooted in Evidence & Compassion: Drawing on a transdiagnostic approach and informed by Network Theory, services integrate principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Emphasis is placed on mindfulness, personal values, and practical skills that support meaningful connection and change.

We also collaborate with your existing care team whenever possible, because we know teamwork between providers improves care and treatment outcomes.

    What to Expect

    • Psychoeducation + Support: Learn DBT skills in a structured, curriculum-based format while connecting with others who share similar goals.

    • Rolling Admission: Our private online groups are designed so you can join when the timing is right for you.

    • Supportive Environment: A safe space to share experiences, practice skills, and encourage one another—without pressure to process personal histories in depth.

    • Goodness-of-Fit Screening: A brief conversation with one of our facilitators ensures the group is the right fit for your needs and goals.

This group is educational and supportive in nature. It is not a substitute for therapy and does not provide individualized mental health treatment or diagnosis.
